A short term project, where I had to develop a website according to the client needs. Website was developed using Joomla CMS which involved Php, Mysql, Apache, Javascript, Ajax, XML, CSS, RSS(for live feeds) etc. During the project I have to manage the project progress and produce technical documentation. The client required a neat site design with web accessibility features and W3C compliance. W3C web based validating tools were used for XHTML and CSS validation. Since the client required training to maintain the site user guides and tutorials were also produced. Agile application development methodology XP (Xtreme Programming with incremental delivery) was followed during the whole project development. For configuration management (Change, release and versioning) a SubVersion (with TortoiseSVN) was used to keep the track.

The site is still under heavy construction.

Expected end date for the project is 30th April, 2008.
